The Japanese stainless steel serrated blades evenly slice whole tomatoes without crushing! The serrated blades instantly cut through all foods and make easy and fast prep work in a snap! Due to the easy exchange of the blades you can optionally cut thick or thin slices with one device! If the food slide guide is inserted the Genius Snap Slicer cuts equal slices of approx. 0.39 inches with 6 stainless steel blades. After exchanging the food slide guide with the additional 5-blade insert a total of 11 stainless steel blades are cutting slices of approx. 0.19 inches.
